Homes with Solar Now Selling for 6.8% More?!
Comparing over 400 homes with (and without) solar that have sold in the last three years, Zillow.com research finds that homes with solar panels now sell for an average 6.8% more than comparable non-solar homes. That represents a massive bump from the formerly discovered 4.1% increase in their 2019 study, and would translate to an additional $25,381 for a median-valued home at resale! #SolarForTheWin!
